Avocado Banana Smoothie Delight

Rich and Oh, So Creamy and Filling!

1/2 Cup Water (or more if needed)
4 Cups Fresh Spinach
1/2 Cup Avocado
1 Apple (Cored)
2 or 3 Bananas (Frozen)


Add the water and spinach and avocado to your blender and blend well.

Add the apple and blend.

Then add the banana, in pieces, and blend a final time. If this smoothie is too thick, or not cold enough, then add some water or another frozen banana. This smoothie is GREEN.

Avocado is a fruit, and it is full of potassium, fiber, Vitamin E, the B Vitamins, and folic acid. Yes, avocados do have a lot of fat, but it is good fat and they are good for you and will increase your overall health.
